坏公司的鉴别方法

1、一般前一个月工资会在下个月的5号至10号才发给员工,个别严重的要拖到15号;

2、基本的工资都很低,一种很低能的避税方式(即使不低,签订合约的时候也要求故意拉低)

3、设立绩效奖金,就是把每月工资的30%留出来,等到一个季度之后,如果你的KPI达标就会足额发给你,不然就会扣掉这30%,而考核的标准往往是领导的心情是否好坏;

4、实行打考勤卡制度;

5、加班还不给加班费,但嘴里还会说:其实公司不鼓励加班的;

6、年假不能和10.1、春节长假合一起休;

7、领导者一面说要有成本意识,一面又吃公司、喝公司的,连一瓶矿泉水都要报销;

8、领导者不尊重员工,好像员工在这里工作就是她/他的仆人一样,呼来唤去(真实案例,某个世界排名前50名的欧洲银行的某销售部门经理,经常让她的下属去替她收房客的房租)

9、做事没有计划,没有系统,拍脑门做出的决定,朝令夕改(这一般是领导心里发虚)

10、每周都开扯淡例会(会上还要求用小本记录)

11、一岗多职,也就是说你除了完成你本职的工作外,公司安排的其他工作你也要去做,但工资不会给双份;

12、要员工签订所谓的保密协议,敬业条款,但又不给补偿;

13、不相信自己的员工,认为员工都在挖公司的墙角,而最大的蛀虫就是领导本人;

14、领导低能,话都说不清楚,还JB中文加英文的说话(其实开会都是中国员工)但真正全英文文件丫看上去就跟文盲一样(一般女性领导居多)

15、一般这种瘪三公司的SB领导者总是幻想着占领整个市场,也就是说总是想破坏已有的市场运动规则,把所有市场份额都占领,钱都他一人赚,把所有的市场环节都揽在自己公司里,但是又不扩大经营规模,典型的瘦驴拉硬屎,早晚撑爆丫的屁眼。
